CANCELLATION POLICY
This solicitor-review draft cancellation policy explains the intended subscription cancellation flow for business customers.
Review copy. This policy should be checked with the final commercial terms, Stripe billing configuration, customer type and jurisdiction before live self-service sales are enabled.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. The checkout and billing screens should show the plan, interval, price, tax treatment and renewal position before payment is taken.
A workspace owner, tenant administrator, platform owner or another authorised billing contact may request cancellation. ANDY may require sign-in, MFA or other checks before changing a subscription.
Customers can cancel through the billing area or by contacting zach@andyrp.com. A cancellation request should identify the workspace, customer organisation and requester. ANDY may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request sent by email.
Unless the checkout or a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The workspace normally remains available until then. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not automatically erase workspace records.
If payment fails, Stripe and ANDY may retry payment, ask for a new payment method, restrict access or suspend the workspace after reasonable notice. Reactivation may require payment of outstanding amounts.
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law, where ANDY has agreed otherwise in writing or where the platform owner decides a goodwill credit or refund is appropriate. Annual subscriptions are not automatically converted into monthly subscriptions after cancellation unless expressly agreed.
ANDY is intended for business customers. If a customer is legally entitled to consumer cancellation rights or other non-excludable protections, nothing in this policy removes those rights. The published version should confirm whether self-service checkout is limited to business customers only.
After access ends, ANDY may keep limited account, billing, security, audit, backup and legal records. Workspace content may be exportable for a limited period if the account is in good standing and no legal or security restriction applies. Final export, retention and deletion windows should be confirmed before publication.
Upgrades, downgrades, seat changes and usage changes follow the billing flow shown at the time or a separate written agreement. Public price changes do not automatically change an existing active subscription unless the customer accepts the change or the law and contract permit notice-based changes.
Questions about cancellation, renewal, failed payments or refunds should be sent to zach@andyrp.com.
